ChakraClash is operated from the Netherlands.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, tournament participants, and users of our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

By using our services, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old, or
• you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing orders or creating accounts.

ChakraClash offers:

• trading card game products,
• sealed products,
• accessories,
• tournament participation,
• digital services,
• and related merchandise.

All products and services are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, correct pricing errors, or discontinue products at any time.

Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

All prices displayed on the website are in Euros (€) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may include VAT where applicable under Dutch law.

Orders are only finalized after successful payment confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases involving fraud suspicion, pricing mistakes, payment issues, abnormal purchasing behavior, reseller abuse, or technical errors.

Pre-order release dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, or logistics delays.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that delays may occur, allocation quantities may change, and products may arrive later than expected.

If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled, ChakraClash may offer a refund, store credit, or an alternative product where applicable.

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

ChakraClash is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.

Consumers within the European Union may have a legal right to withdraw from purchases within 14 days under applicable consumer law.

Due to the nature of trading card game products and the risks of tampering, mapping, product manipulation, resealing, or card swapping, ChakraClash does not accept returns or refunds for:

• opened trading card products,
• booster packs,
• booster boxes,
• card bundles,
• mystery products,
• event tickets,
• digital products,
• or customized items.

To be eligible for a return where legally applicable, products must remain fully sealed, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Any return that does not meet these conditions may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

By participating in ChakraClash tournaments or events, you agree to follow all tournament rules, behave respectfully toward staff and participants, and comply with organizer decisions.

We reserve the right to deny entry, remove participants, disqualify players, or ban users from future events for cheating, harassment, fraud, disruptive behavior, or unsportsmanlike conduct.

Participation is entirely at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChakraClash is not liable for personal injury, lost or stolen property, travel costs, accommodation costs, or damages occurring during or around events.

If ChakraClash provides digital accounts, rankings, simulators, communities, or online services:

• users are responsible for maintaining account security,
• account sharing may result in suspension,
• exploiting bugs or abusing systems is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without refund if these Terms are violated.

ChakraClash actively monitors transactions for fraud and abuse.

We reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders, refuse high-risk transactions, verify customer identity, limit bulk purchases, or permanently ban abusive customers.

Chargeback abuse, fraudulent claims, or attempted scams may result in account termination, order cancellation, legal action, and reporting to payment providers or authorities.

Trading card products contain randomized contents.

ChakraClash does not guarantee specific pulls, rarity distribution, grading outcomes, or future market value.

Customers acknowledge that purchasing sealed products involves chance-based contents.

Opened products cannot be returned based on dissatisfaction with pulls or card contents.

All ChakraClash branding, graphics, overlays, website content, designs, logos, and materials are protected by intellectual property rights.

You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, or commercially exploit content without written permission.

All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted under Dutch law, ChakraClash shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or service.

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable GDPR and Dutch privacy laws.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for order fulfillment, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and service improvement.

ChakraClash may use third-party providers for payments, shipping, tournaments, analytics, authentication, or hosting services.

We are not responsible for outages, failures, or issues caused by third-party providers.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes shall be handled exclusively by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
