Consumers within the European Union may have a legal right to withdraw from purchases within 14 days under applicable consumer law.

However, this right does not apply to sealed products where the seal has been broken, or to digital goods and event tickets once delivered or activated.

Due to the risks of tampering, mapping, product manipulation, resealing, and card swapping, ChakraClash does not accept returns or refunds for:

• Opened trading card products
• Booster packs
• Booster boxes
• Card bundles
• Mystery products
• Event tickets
• Digital products
• Customized or personalized items

Opened products cannot be returned based on dissatisfaction with pulls or card contents. Trading card products contain randomized contents — ChakraClash does not guarantee specific pulls, rarity distribution, or future market value.

Where legally applicable, a return may be accepted if the product:

• Is fully sealed and unopened
• Is unused and undamaged
• Is in its original packaging
• Is returned within the applicable withdrawal period

Any return that does not meet these conditions may be refused without further obligation.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method. ChakraClash is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled, ChakraClash may offer a refund, store credit, or an alternative product where applicable.

Pre-order release dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, or logistics delays.
